Coursework: Preliminary exercise 1) State the genre you have chosen - horror or coming of age drama. I am possibly going to do a coming of age drama as it appears to be easier. 2) Bend It Like Beckham -the film appears to have a main character who is from an Asian background and that's where the problems in the movie come from. - the trailer seems to be giving details about the character in the trailer e.g family, friends, goals and ambitions - a song from the 90's or 00's seem to be playing in the background -there are a lot of shots showing the football which appears to be fast-paced and quick.
