Editing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zdIpXJlM8A The first shot used is a medium shot and focuses on the character training as he punches the targets his trainer sets for him. The shot first focuses on his lower body part and slowly goes to his torso. Then, there is a different shot which is a over the shoulder view shot which helps the viewer see the main character training from a different angle and perspective.  Then, there is a different shot which focuses on the person that the main character is going to fight against. At first, it focuses on his opponent who comes from England which is a part of the UK which is a region of the world that is included in the continent of Europe. As the opponent if hitting the targets, a range of shots are used such as an over the shoulder view, medium shot and a close up. Then, there is a change of location to the main character speaking to Rocky and a close up is used as Rocky speaks to the main character, giving him advice and g

Cinematography blog task In Mad Max    i ntroduces you to the world   of the story  through narration before stepping on a lizard and eating it whole. Max hops into his car and drives off into the dry desert plain before crashing his car and eating the dirt. Chained to a wall, where he is subsequently surrounded and tattooed by his captures, he runs for his life while being haunted by the victims of his past , the camera uses quick and fast shots to create a sense of chaos and also shows how desperate Max is. It long shot to show a rider jumping to show the danger of the action is .  He jolts for the exit but finds only a cliff, hundreds of feet about the waste below, a panning shot is used to show the landscape. This shows how the characters are seemingly angry at each other and are willing to hurt or even maybe kill the other character. The woman in white is possibly the main character due to the colour scheme she is wearing hinting that she is a good character. This i

Moonlight

Moonlight The expectations I have of this film is that it will talk about the issues and problems that the main character is going to face or is facing this is because of the genre of the film. Chiron is a character of few words as his character suppresses things. This can be shown in his sexuality and his emotions when he confronts his drug addicted mother and the bullies. Also, it allows the audiences to wonder what Chiron is thinking and how he expresses his emotions. He is reluctant to make eye-contact as he is a shy and timid  character. Also, if you make eye-contact with someone, you are able to know their emotions and how they are thinking and Chiron doesn't wants this as he suppresses himself. The saturated colour makes Miami seem as vibrant and colourful but also contrasts with the character of Chiron. Juan fits the role of the Mentor and also helps Chiron. He also is a father-figure to Chiron as his mother is neglects him and his father isn't present in his

MIGRAIN October assessment learner response

MIGRAIN October assessment learner response WWW:  There's actually lots of potential her...you offer some interesting and insightful points in most of the questions but need to improve revision and exam technique. EBI : You must answer the question! Too often you drift off the question or stop offering specific analysis of the text you've been given. -Written English/organisation. Make sure you are using paragraphs and organising your ideas in every question. -Revise the theory and apply it. Genre theory? The part of the mark scheme I didn't in the exam was excellent and judicious use of the theoretical framework (media language & narrative theory) to analyse how poster uses narrative. The point that I missed in the exam was Enigma which signify pose questions to the audience which are then answered shortly after or later on in the film and Action codes which show significant events which move the narrative on in a particular direction. Cinematography Video

Cinematography Video https://youtu.be/CfAgxtueP0w This video includes different camera shots and angles such as POV, High angle, Low angle etc. I filmed this video at the Hills in Northolt and used Sony Vegas to edit it. I included different transition and a music track in the background however the problem with the video was some of the footage was damaged causing it to look weird and glitched in some clips which effects the video as it makes it hard for the viewer to see what's happening in some shots. The transition from clip makes the video flow better and easier to watch therefore engaging the viewer even more.

LR for Sound video

WWW: The makeup was done very well as well as the pace chosen for the video was perfect and the background music also matched it. The back ground music was a very good choice as it complimented the video very well.   very good use of make-up and costume, the lighting was very good and so was the make-up. The pace of the video was just perfect EBI : The setting could have been different so the video looks more professional and so their are less distraction. the lighting could have been more brighter so we could see every aspect of the look especially the small details of the make-up. The zoom out at the end could have been more smoother. Also, include more sounds in the background in order to enhance the video to a better standard.

Cinematography

Cinematography Lawrence of Arabia: Long shot is used to see the man who on the camel who is arriving. This makes the viewer anticipate whoever is arriving and wonder what might occur if both characters encounter the mysterious man riding camel. Also, by using long shot the setting is established making it easier for viewer to see if there are is danger coming towards the two characters. The audience are encouraged to identify with the two characters as they are the first introduced meaning that the have the highest importance in the narrative. Three Colours Blue: The use of close up establishes the face of the character which allows the viewer to know that this could be the protagonist of the movie. The camera also used a close-up to an oil leak in a car which could foreshadow how the car might explode. The camera also zooms into a male character running after he sees the car crash. The close up shows the character was running in desperation meaning that the people
